Our mission is to help people achieve lasting healing, balance, and vitality through the wisdom of Eastern medicine and energy healing. Our approach blends ancient tools like Chinese acupressure, tapping (EFT), Indian yoga, and pranayama breathwork to calm the nervous system, release emotional stress, and restore natural energy flow.

Our vision

About me
I grew up with ancient Indian wellness techniques - yoga, pranayama, meditation, ayurveda, and more. During childhood visits to India, my grandmother would sit me down in her grassy gardens under the glimmering summer sun. After hearing that I had been diagnosed with asthma and given a steroid inhaler, she'd say "Beta, we are going to strengthen those lungs naturally so you won't even need that inhaler anymore!" and proceed to teach me a range of gentle breathing techniques from warm ups for my lungs to strength training! Even upset stomachs and - as I grew older - pimples were treated with natural remedies rooted in traditional Indian knowledge dating back thousands of years.
Today, we bring this same natural, holistic approach to the whole person through our 9 points of health.
